Credits and licenses

Where the coding interview course came from, what we changed, and the licenses.

In short

This course used two openly licensed resources as outlines: which topics a coding interview covers, and how problems group into patterns.

Every problem, solution, explanation, exercise, hint, fact and visualizer in this course is new and written by Best Latest Apps. No problem statements, titles or code from either source are used.

Both resources are published under the MIT License, which lets us adapt them as long as the copyright and permission notice are included. That is what this page does.

Every Python solution was run on Python 3.13 and type-checked with mypy in strict mode, and every Kotlin tab was compiled with Kotlin 2.4 and run on the same test cases.
