A chart for the fridge

Each row is one medicine at one time. Morning, noon, afternoon, evening and bedtime use 8:00, 12:00, 16:00, 18:00 and 21:00, and you can add exact times such as 07:30. The weekly sheet is Monday to Sunday of the current week, with an empty box on each day the medicine is in its date range, ready to tick.

The list stays in this browser until you clear it. Print keeps a paper copy if the device is elsewhere. These are standard formulas for planning. Your doctor, dietitian or pharmacist is the right person for medical advice.

Questions

How do I print the chart?

Press Print the chart. In the print dialog, choose a printer or Save as PDF. The sheet is the week grid and the daily list.

Can one medicine appear more than once a day?

Yes. Tick more than one time of day, or type several clock times separated by commas, such as 08:00, 21:00.

What happens on the start and end dates?

The tick boxes cover those dates and the days between them. Leave the dates blank and every day of the week is marked for that medicine.

Where is the list kept?

In this browser, on this device. Edit or remove a row from the list under the chart. Clear the chart removes the saved list.

How do I use the weekly boxes?

Each box is a dose on that day. Tick it on paper after you take the dose. The column for today is shaded on the screen.
