By downloading or using Scan Via Cam (“the app”), provided by Alok Singh, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Scan Via Cam for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including by:
- •Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code.
- •Using the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
- •Interfering with or disrupting the app or its security features.
Intellectual property
Scan Via Cam, including its design, content and trademarks, is owned by Alok Singh and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Third-party services and ads
Scan Via Cam may include third-party services such as Google AdMob. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
Scan Via Cam is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alok Singh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Scan Via Cam.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
