How to use it
- Enter the price before the discount.
- Enter the percent off.
- Read the sale price and the savings.
What it does not stack
One percent is applied to the price you typed. If a store takes 20% off and then another 10% off the reduced price, run it twice: use the first result as the next price.
A discount above 100% is rejected. A discount of 0 leaves the price unchanged.

Questions
Is 25% off the same as paying 75%?
Yes. The sale price is the original times (1 − percent/100).
Can I enter a coupon that is a fixed amount?
Not on this page. Subtract that amount from the price yourself.
Does it add tax after the discount?
No. Use the sales tax calculator on the sale price if you need tax.
