What this receipt is
It is a written record of the gift you described. It does not register a charity, and it does not say the gift is deductible. A deduction, where one exists, depends on the organisation’s own certificate and on the tax rules where you live.
Leave the purpose specific, such as books or the building fund, so the paper matches what was given. The amount in words follows the same Indian or international setting as the other receipts.

Questions
Is this an 80G or a tax certificate?
No. Those come from the organisation that received the gift, on its own form.
Can I record a gift that was not money?
Type the description in the purpose and put zero only if there is no amount. The sheet will say zero in words, which is a poor record of a physical gift. Prefer the payment receipt and describe the gift on a line.
Can the donor and the organisation be the same person?
The form will print whatever names you type. A receipt is usually from the receiver to the giver.
