What is printed
The sheet shows the receipt number, the date, the payer, the property, the period and the amount in figures and in words. Indian wording uses lakh and crore. International wording uses thousand and million. A PAN is printed only when you type one.
This is the text you entered. It does not file a house-rent claim, and it does not prove the transfer by itself. Keep the original payment record with it if someone asks for proof.

Questions
Can I make one receipt for several months?
Type the range in the period box, such as April 2026 to June 2026, and the total rent for those months.
Which wording should I use for rupees?
Indian. Eighteen thousand stays in thousands. A lakh or a crore is spelled that way only in the Indian setting.
Do I have to put a PAN?
No. Leave it blank and the line is left off the receipt.
