    How to use it

    1. Open a .zip, .rar or .7z file.
    2. If the archive asks for a password, type it and open the file again.
    3. Download one file, or download everything as a ZIP.

    Which archives open

A ZIP that uses store or deflate opens directly. ZIP files that use another method, and RAR (v4 and v5) and 7z archives, open with the libarchive reader that ships with this page. The list shows the path inside the archive and the uncompressed size.

A password stays in the password box on this page. It is left out of the page address. An encrypted file needs that password before its bytes can be read. Download everything as a ZIP writes a new archive of the files you extracted.

    Questions

    Which formats can I open?

ZIP, RAR and 7z. RAR covers the v4 and v5 formats the reader supports, and 7z covers the usual LZMA archives.

What if the ZIP uses an unusual compression?

The page tries its own ZIP reader first, then the libarchive reader, which handles more methods.

    Can I open a password-protected file?

Type the password in the box and open the archive again. The password stays in this tab and is left out of the page address.

    Does download everything keep folders?

Yes. The new ZIP uses the paths from the archive.

    Is the archive uploaded?

It is read in this tab and stays on your device.
