Where the address comes from
The first request is /cdn-cgi/trace on this site. A live site answers with the public IP, the Cloudflare colo, the country, the HTTP version and whether WARP is on. A preview server answers 404, and the page then asks https://speed.cloudflare.com/meta. When that answer has an address, it is shown. Otherwise the page reads https://www.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace. The line under the facts names each address that was tried and the status it returned.
The colo code is matched to a city list kept with this page, so DEL reads as New Delhi, India, and the same for the other Cloudflare cities in that list. A country code is shown as a country name. Look up again repeats the same order.
