Card size and ten cards on a sheet
The card is 3.5 by 2 inches or 85 by 55 millimetres. A4 and US Letter with the 3.5 by 2 inch card, and A4 with the 85 by 55 millimetre card, place ten cards on the sheet.
US Letter with the 85 by 55 millimetre card places eight cards, so the rows keep a margin a printer can reach. The page states the count for the sheet you pick. Crop marks sit in that margin. The QR code holds a contact card or the website.

Questions
How many cards are on the sheet?
Ten on A4 and on US Letter for the 3.5 by 2 inch card, and ten on A4 for the 85 by 55 millimetre card. US Letter with that smaller card places eight.
What does the QR code hold?
A contact card with the name, phone, email and website, or the website alone. You can leave the QR code off.
What does the PDF contain?
The front sheet and the back sheet, with crop marks. Download PNG saves the front card on its own.
