A resume an applicant tracking system can read
The PDF is ordinary text in the standard order of a resume: contact, summary, experience, education and the later sections you fill. A system that reads text can read those sections.
Classic, Modern, Compact and Sidebar change the layout. The page size is A4 or US Letter. Move up and Move down change the order inside a section.
