How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF and press Read fields.
  2. Edit the values.
  3. Press Save filled PDF.

Which fields appear

The page lists AcroForm text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, radio groups and option lists. A field with no name is skipped. A flat page that only looks like a form has nothing to fill. The page does not invent fields or place boxes on a blank area.

Choice fields can only use an option the PDF already offers. A checkbox is yes or no. The download keeps the form, with the values you set.

Questions

Why do I see no fields?

The page has no fillable fields, or they are only drawings. This tool cannot add a new box.

Can I sign a signature field?

A text field can hold a typed name. A certificate signature is a different feature, and this page does not create one.

Are the values locked?

No. The fields stay editable in the download.
