- The page reads the paragraphs, lists, tables and pictures.
- Download the PDF.
What comes across from the document
Paragraphs keep bold, italic, underline, size and colour. Lists, tables, PNG and JPEG pictures, links, headers and footers are written into the PDF. The page size and margins follow the document, so an A4 file stays A4 and a US Letter file stays US Letter.
An older Word file asks you to choose Save As and pick .docx. Charts, equations and EMF or WMF pictures stay out of the PDF, and the page says when that happens. The words follow reading order, margins and page size, so a dense design can wrap a little differently from Word.
