How the cases are made

Title case capitalises the first letter of each word. Sentence case capitalises the first letter after a period, question mark or exclamation mark. camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case split on spaces and underscores.

The converter does not translate. It only changes letters and the separators between words.

Questions

Will it fix names like McDonald?

No. Title case uses a simple first-letter rule, so unusual names may need a manual edit.

Does camelCase keep punctuation?

The styles that join words split on spaces and underscores. Other punctuation stays attached to the nearest word.

Can I get the original back?

The top box is your original. Change the case again, or edit that box.
