How to use it
- Set the three lengths if you do not want the defaults.
- Press Start and work until the tone.
- The page switches to a break, then back to focus.
How rounds advance
Each completed focus moves to a short break, except the fourth, which is the long break. After a break, the next focus begins and the round number advances. Reset returns to focus on round 1.
The tone is the same short beep as the countdown. Keep the tab open. A background phone browser may delay the switch.

Questions
Can I skip a break?
Press Reset, or wait and treat the next block as you like. There is no skip button.
Does it sync to my phone?
No. It is this tab only.
Why did the long break arrive early?
The long break is every fourth completed focus. Reset starts the count again.
