How to use it
- Press Start.
- Press Lap each time you want a split.
- Pause to hold the time, or Reset to clear it.
How laps are stored
Each lap is the total time since the last reset, not the gap since the previous lap. The newest lap is listed first, and the list keeps the latest twelve.
The display updates with the screen refresh while it is running. Pause freezes the number you see.

Questions
Does a lap reset the clock?
No. The clock keeps running. The lap only writes down the current total.
Will it drift?
It measures against the browser's monotonic clock, so a paused tab is the usual source of delay, not the arithmetic.
Can I name a lap?
No. The list is Lap 1, Lap 2, and so on.
