The text on this page
The Arabic is the Tanzil Quran Text, Uthmani, version 1.1. Tanzil asks that the wording stay as published, that the Tanzil Project be named, and that a link point to tanzil.net so readers can follow updates. This page does those three things. The basmala stands inside the first ayah, as in that edition, and At-Tawba appears as Tanzil prints that surah.
Surah names and the English titles come from Tanzil's Quran metadata, under the same Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 terms. The type is Amiri Quran, an open font. The full copyright notice is on the page and inside each surah file. One surah loads at a time.

Questions
Which edition is this?
Tanzil Quran Text, Uthmani script, version 1.1, published by the Tanzil Project under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0.
Can I share the Arabic?
Yes, as Tanzil published it. Keep the wording exact, keep the Tanzil credit, and keep the link to tanzil.net. The notice on this page is the one Tanzil asks distributors to carry.
Does the page include a translation?
This page is the Arabic text. The English line under each surah name is Tanzil's title for that surah, from the same metadata.
Who checks the text?
The Tanzil Project. Their notice describes a specialist review, and tanzil.net/updates is the place they post changes. This page loads that published text as it stands.
Which font is the Arabic set in?
Amiri Quran, licensed under the SIL Open Font License. A copy of that license is linked under the text.
