    How to use it

    1. Add at least two photos. HEIC photos open in Safari.
    2. Set the frame time, the loop and the width. Up or Down reorders the frames.
    3. Save the animated GIF.

    Speed, loop and colours

Frame time is in milliseconds, and the file stores it in the GIF's own hundredths of a second, with a 20 millisecond floor so browsers play it smoothly. Loop forever, once, 3 times or 10 times. Cover fills the frame and crops the edges. Show the whole photo fits the picture inside the frame and fills the spare space with the background colour.

The width runs from 64 to 800 pixels, and the height follows the first photo. 128 colours with dithering keeps gradients smooth; fewer colours make a smaller file. Up to 24 frames. HEIC photos open in Safari. The saved file is an animated GIF.
