How to use it

  1. Add an SVG file or paste the markup.
  2. Set the size by width, height or scale.
  3. Save a PNG, or switch to JPG or WebP.

How the size is chosen

The page reads the SVG width and height, and uses the viewBox when a side is missing. When both are absent, the page uses 300 by 150. Width or height sets that side and keeps the ratio. Scale multiplies the natural size. The sample icon is a 24 by 24 picture you can render at 512 or any other size.

A transparent background keeps the PNG and WebP clear around the artwork. JPG saves on the background colour, because JPG has a solid canvas. The long side stops at 4096 pixels. The SVG is drawn in this tab.

Privacy

The SVG stays in this browser tab. The saved image goes to your downloads, and closing the tab clears the markup.

This page also shows Google ads, which can use cookies. Privacy and cookies explains how.

Questions

Can I pick the PNG size?

Yes. Set a width, a height, or a scale. The other side follows the SVG's own ratio.

What if the SVG omits a width?

The viewBox supplies the missing side. When width and viewBox are both absent, the page uses 300 by 150 and you can still scale that.

Can the background stay clear?

Yes for PNG and WebP. Leave transparent background on. JPG saves on the background colour.

Where is the file processed?

In this browser tab. The SVG and the PNG stay on your device.
