How to use it

  1. Enter the distance and choose kilometres or miles.
  2. Enter hours, minutes and seconds.
  3. Read the two paces and the speed.

How pace is calculated

The distance is converted to kilometres (a mile is 1.609344 km). Time in seconds divided by kilometres is the pace. Per-mile pace multiplies that by 1.609344. Speed is kilometres per hour.

The page does not store a workout or draw a route. Splits and elevation are not included.

Questions

Can I enter only minutes?

Yes. Leave hours and seconds at zero.

Why does a mile pace look slower?

A mile is longer than a kilometre, so the same run takes more time per mile.

Does it use GPS?

No. You type the distance and the time.
