How to use it

  1. Enter your weight.
  2. Choose whether to add the exercise amount.
  3. Read millilitres and cups.

Where 35 ml comes from

The page uses 35 millilitres per kilogram of body weight. That is a common rule of thumb, not a measured need. Food, climate, illness and medical conditions change what a person should drink. The exercise line adds a flat 350 ml. It does not know how long you trained.

Cups on this page are 240 ml. A kitchen cup in a recipe can differ.

Questions

Does coffee count?

The page does not subtract other drinks. It only multiplies weight.

Is more always better?

No. This is a rough target, not an instruction to force fluids.

What is the cup size?
