Free photo, PDF and social media tools

About these tools
JPG to PDF combines JPG, PNG and other photos, scans or screenshots into a single PDF. You can reorder the pages, choose A4 or Letter, set the margins and the image quality, and download the file. It works in Safari on iPhone as well as on a computer.
The wallpaper resizer crops or fits any photo to the exact resolution of an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or monitor. If the shapes do not match, it can fill the gap with a blurred copy of the image instead of cutting it off.
The quote image maker turns a line of text into a picture for an Instagram post, a Story, a WhatsApp status or Pinterest. Pick the size, colours and font, or put the quote over your own photo, and download a PNG without a watermark.
For writing the post itself, the Instagram font generator converts plain text into bold, italic, cursive, gothic, bubble and other Unicode styles that you can paste into a bio, name, caption or comment. The caption and hashtag counter checks characters, words, hashtags and mentions against the limits for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and LinkedIn. It flags duplicate hashtags and previews how much shows before the “more” cut.
Three reference pages round out the set. Hashtags has a ready set to copy for niches such as travel, food, fitness, weddings, pets and books. Quotes collects quotations attributed to English-language writers who died more than 70 years ago, one page each. Wallpapers lists the nine categories in the Exotic Wallpapers iPhone app.
Each page names the app that does the same job on a phone, for when you want to save your work or use it offline.
Questions
Are my photos uploaded when I convert or resize them?
No. JPG to PDF, the wallpaper resizer and the quote image maker do the work inside your browser. The images are not sent to a server, and the finished file is saved straight to your device.
Will fancy Instagram fonts show up for everyone?
Mostly. The styles are Unicode characters, not real fonts, so they display wherever the reader's device has those characters. A few styles can appear as boxes on older phones, and screen readers may read them poorly, so keep important words in plain text.
How long can an Instagram caption be?
Instagram allows up to 2,200 characters in a caption, and since December 2025 only 5 hashtags per post or reel. Only the first lines show before “more”. The caption counter checks these limits and those of TikTok, X, YouTube and LinkedIn as you type.
